invoicing · for freelancers, studios and small businesses
most invoicing tools are built for a finance department you don't have. this one is built for the fifteen minutes on a friday when you'd rather do anything else. pick a customer, add the lines, send. the pdf is clean, the numbering is right, and nothing asks you to configure a pipeline.
what's out, what's late, what's paid. one screen, no dashboard tour.
Issued and paid invoices over the last six months.

three steps, and the third one is a button.
name, address, currency, tax details. you type that once, ever. the next invoice for them starts already filled in.
description, quantity, rate. tax where you need it. the total does itself and the numbering follows the rule you set, not a rule we picked.
email it with the pdf attached, or download the pdf and send it yourself. it turns open. you mark it paid when the money lands.
and, mostly, what isn't.
draft, open, paid, void. four words, no pipeline to design, no stage that only you understand.
a sent invoice can be revised or reissued. the history stays attached to the number, so nobody has to work out which pdf is the real one.
one layout, set properly. your details at the top, the lines where they should be, and nothing that says made with a free tool.
prefix, padding, and where the counter starts. useful if you're carrying a series over from a spreadsheet.
currency and tax details live on the customer, so an invoice for a client in another currency is the same three steps as one at home.
most invoices are last month's invoice with a new date. one click, change the date, send.
send it with the pdf attached and see it go. or don't — download it and send it however you already do.
issued against paid, on one chart. enough to notice a slow month while you can still do something about it.
everything that costs us nothing costs you nothing — invoices, customers, pdfs, the whole app. sending email and the ai bits cost us money, so those have a generous free tier and then a price. no card to start, and nothing expires while you decide.
